By making a reservation at Fava’s Villa on the Rocks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment.  Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required payment or deposit, as specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be settled prior to arrival or upon check-in, according to the booking agreement.

2. Cancellation Policy.  Cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rate or platform used. In case of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, applicable charges may apply.

3. Check-in & Check-out.  Check-in and check-out times are communicated prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.

4. Use of the Property.  The property may only be used for residential accommodation purposes. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the villa. Guests agree to comply with all house rules during their stay.

5. Liability.  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. The property owner shall not be held liable for loss, damage or injury resulting from improper use of the property or failure to follow safety guidelines. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially in outdoor areas and near the sea.

6. Natural Environment.  The villa is located in a natural, coastal and pine-filled environment. Guests acknowledge that natural elements such as uneven terrain, wind, insects or wildlife may be present and agree to take appropriate precautions.

7. Damages.  Any damage to the property or its contents caused during the stay may result in additional charges. Guests are required to inform the host promptly of any damage or malfunction.

8. Privacy & Data Protection.  Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and communication purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Right to Refuse Service.  The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay if these terms, house rules or local regulations are violated.
