Deposit & Confirmation

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required as per the terms stated during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: A full refund (100%) of the deposit will be issued.
• 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
• Less than 14 days prior to arrival or No-Show: No refund will be issued.



Important Notes

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees are to be borne by the guest.
• Changes to Dates: Any changes to your booking dates are subject to availability. Please note that rates may be subject to change depending on the new dates/season requested.
• Early Departure: In the event of an early departure, the total amount of the reservation remains due, and no refunds will be provided.
