The lower level of Fava’s Villa on the Rocks is an independent beachfront residence set within a natural pine estate above Fava Beach in Vourvourou, Sithonia.

Designed to host up to six guests, it offers privacy, generous outdoor space and direct access to the sea via a private path. From the veranda, guests enjoy open views over Fava Beach and across the Aegean towards Mount Athos, where spectacular sunrises unfold over the horizon.

Surrounded by pine trees and natural rock formations, the residence preserves the authentic character of the landscape while offering refined comfort in a calm and discreet setting.

Ideal for families or small groups seeking quality time by the sea, away from mass tourism.

• The lower level is an independent residence within the property. During periods when the upper level is also occupied, outdoor areas may be partially shared.
• The villa is set within a natural pine estate; respect for the surrounding environment is appreciated.
• The private path to the beach is illuminated within the property but unlit beyond it. Extra care is advised at night. 
• Baby cot and high chair are available upon prior request and subject to availability.
• Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Any alternative arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
  

Public parking is available near the property, within short walking distance. Please note that there is no private on-site parking.

A car is strongly recommended for convenient access to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities in Vourvourou and the surrounding area.

Fava Beach is accessible on foot via a private path from the residence.

Public transportation in the area is limited.

The residence is located in the Professors’ Settlement of Aristotle University in Vourvourou, Sithonia — a quiet coastal residential area known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

The surroundings are defined by pine forests, crystal-clear waters and unspoiled beaches. Fava Beach remains largely unorganised, preserving its authentic and peaceful character.

Within a short drive, guests can access restaurants, cafés, local markets and boat rental services, while the wider Sithonia peninsula offers numerous coves and scenic coastal routes.
