The Coastal Garden Residence

The lower level of Fava’s Villa on the Rocks is an independent beachfront residence set within a serene pine estate directly above Fava Beach in Vourvourou, Sithonia.

The Space Designed to host up to six guests, the residence features two bright bedrooms and one bathroom. The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine and a comfortable living area equipped with a double sofa-bed.

Outdoor Living & Dining The highlight of the property is the large, shaded veranda, which serves as the ultimate outdoor living space. It is fully furnished with a dining table for al fresco meals and a coffee table setup, making it the perfect spot to relax any time of the day. Guests can enjoy unobstructed views over Fava Beach and the Aegean Sea, where spectacular sunrises unfold over the horizon toward Mount Athos.

Nature & Privacy Surrounded by pine trees and natural rock formations, the residence preserves the authentic character of the landscape while offering refined comfort and direct access to the sea via a private path. It is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a calm, discreet, and authentic Mediterranean experience away from mass tourism.

• Shared Facilities: The lower level is a fully independent residence. However, please note that the estate entrance, the outdoor shower, and the path leading to the beach are shared areas with the guests of the upper level.
• Environment & Surroundings: The villa is nestled within a natural pine estate. We kindly ask our guests to respect the surrounding environment. As the property is part of a natural ecosystem, you may encounter local "neighbors" like cicadas or insects.
• Beach Path: The private path to the beach is illuminated within the property boundaries. However, the section leading to the water is unlit. For your safety, extra care is advised after sunset.
• Family Amenities: A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance to ensure availability.
• Water Supply: The tap water is suitable for drinking. We recommend bottled water for drinking and cooking.
• Check-in/Out: Standard times apply. Early arrivals or late departures must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.
  

Parking. Parking is easy and convenient. You can park directly outside the property entrance or at a shaded spot just a few steps away. There is plenty of space for your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the estate.

Transportation & Access. Car Recommended: We strongly recommend having a car during your stay. This will allow you to easily reach local restaurants, supermarkets, and explore the breathtaking coastline of the Sithonia peninsula.

Beach Access. You can enjoy the sea without ever needing your car. Fava Beach is accessible on foot via our private path.

Public Transport. Please note that public transportation in the area is limited and not recommended for a flexible holiday schedule.

The residence is located in the Professors’ Settlement of Aristotle University in Vourvourou, Sithonia — a prestigious and quiet coastal area renowned for its natural beauty and serene atmosphere.

Nature & Beaches. The surroundings are defined by lush pine forests and the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean. Fava Beach, located just steps away, remains largely unorganised, preserving its authentic, peaceful character and offering a rare sense of tranquility.

Local Amenities. While the villa offers a secluded feel, everything you need is within a short drive (5–10 minutes). You will find:

• Local markets for fresh supplies.
• Boat rental services to explore the nearby Diaporos islands.
